THE STORY BEHIND THE CAKE
Inspired by a desert sunrise, the mousse is dusted with dark chocolate and contoured to create the effect of windswept dunes. A dark chocolate wave mimics a distant mirage simmering under a gold brushed, passionfruit chocolate to mimic a 'sun’ rising from the dunes.
