With the help of our friends from Koko Black, we upped the ante on the traditional hot cross bun. Our chefs and bakers were proving our dough daily, and Koko Black’s chocolatiers delicately tempered chocolate day in, day out. The result was a decadent, moreish and utterly delicious Chocolate Easter Hot Cross Bun.
Incorporating Koko Black’s handcrafted 60% dark chocolate, with 100% natural ingredients and 100% sustainably sourced cocoa, our dense yet cushiony hot cross bun dough welcomed the addition of smooth chocolate flavour. Sticky, sweet, vegan (yes, vegan!), and for the chocolate lovers, dotted with Koko Black chocolate chips throughout.
