Our Meringue Roulade is composed of a fluffy coconut sponge and layered with a never-before-seen coconut mousse with passionfruit curd and fresh mango pieces. Our bakers then artfully shroud it in a torched meringue. Each Meringue Roulade is topped with hand-placed white chocolate shards and snowflakes.
