This four-portion creation is topped with a delicate gold-dusted dragon made of fondant, representing this mythical creature soaring through iridescent dragonfruit 'clouds'.
Our single-portion Dragon Cake is topped with a gold chocolate coin inscribed with the Chinese ink calligraphy for the word Dragon, a symbol of prosperity, authority, and good fortune in line with the Chinese Zodiac.
Underneath sits layers of pink & white dragonfruit, delicate sponge, pineapple & vanilla cream, pomegranate jelly ripples, and a biscuit crumb base.
Numbers of this magical cake creation are limited, with the four-portion available exclusively for pre-order with collection from Thursday 8 February to Sunday 11 February.
