Mooncakes

A true Mid-Autumn Festival celebration means overindulging in mooncakes. Our celebratory mooncake flavours have been inspired by our most iconic cakes.

Created by hand with crystal snow skin made from sticky rice, this year we are showcasing both classic and new mooncake flavours for you to indulge in with family and friends:

Strawberry & Rose
Black Sesame Cheesecake
Chocolate & Hojicha
Yuzu & Mango

Cake Care Instructions:

  • Store Black Star Pastry snow skin mooncakes in the refrigerator at a temperature between 0°C to 5°C.
  • Do not freeze the snow skin mooncakes as this can affect their texture
  • Remove 5-10 minutes from the refrigerator before serving
  • Shelf life is up to 3 days when stored properly (if you can wait that long!)

These limited-edition mooncakes are available for pre-order in packs of four with delivery and collection available from all Sydney stores and pop-up from Monday 2 September.
