XO Seafood Pie Heating Instructions

1. Pre-heat your oven to 170°C

2. Remove from box and place the pie (still in its tin) on an oven tray

3. Heat for 20-25 minutes until hot (70°C internal temperature)

Please note:

- Single-portion XO Seafood Pie sauce garnishes are provided in microwave-safe plastic containers. Large-portion XO Seafood Pie sauce garnishes are provided in microwave-safe vacuum-sealed bags.

- If not eating immediately, be sure to store your pie in the refrigerator

- If going straight from the fridge to oven it might take a few more minutes to reach your desired temperature

- All ovens vary and so reheating times will also vary

How to Garnish Your XO Seafood Pie (see below)

1. Place the crown of crispy noodles on the pie

2. Drizzle the house-made XO sauce onto your crown of crispy noodles (ensure it's been warmed up)

3. Sprinkle fresh green onions on top
