We offer both delivery and in-store collection, subject to location and availability.

While we aim to meet all requested timeframes, delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by external factors such as weather, traffic, or high demand periods.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery or collection.

7. Cancellations & Changes

Due to perishable nature of our products, changes or cancellations may not always be possible once an order has been placed.

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist. However, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after order confirmation.

8. Allergies & Dietary Information

We take food safety seriously and provide allergen information where possible. However, our products are prepared in a kitchen where allergens such as gluten, dairy, nuts, eggs, and soy are present.

We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution and contact us directly before ordering.

9. Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not generaly offer refunds or returns.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe and we will assess the matter on a case-by-case basis.
