ORDERING

You can place your order directly through our website by selecting your preferred cake, store location and pickup or delivery date. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email confirmation with all collection details.
Most cakes require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to ensure availability and freshness. Some celebration cakes and peak weekend dates may require additional lead time due to high demand.
Same-day pickup is not available for online orders. However, a limited selection of cakes and pastries may be available instore depending on the day and location.
No. Availability varies by store and demand. We recommend visiting earlier in the day to secure the best selection, as popular items often sell out quickly.
We can make changes to order with a minimum 48 hours' notice. Please contact our customer service team with your order details as soon as possible.
Cancellations are accepted with a minimum of 48-72 hours' notice, depending on the item. Please contact us directly to request a cancellation.

COLLECTION & INSTORE

Yes. Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID. This is required for all order collections.
Yes. You can nominate another person to collect your order by emailing us in advance. They must present your order confirmation at pickup.
If you're running late, don't worry! Just collect your order before store closing time. If you cannot make it, please contact us as soon as possible.
Yes. A selection of cakes and pastries are available instore, however popular items may sell out quickly. We recommend early arrival.

Delivery

Yes. We offer delivery across selected Sydney Metro areas within approximately 30km of our Rosebery store.
Deliveries are made between 11:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to Sunday. We are unable to guarantee specific delivery times within this window.
Most cakes require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. The Strawberry Watermelon Cake and selected signature items have an order cut-off for next day delivery.
We partner with specialist delivery providers trained in handling delicate, handcrafted cakes to ensure your order arrives in perfection condition.
If you are not home, your order may be left in a safe place as per your delivery instructions. Responsibility for the order transfers upon successful delivery.

Cakes & Products

All cakes should be kept refrigerated where possible. They can safely remain out of refrigeration for up to 1.5 hours, depending on conditions.
Yes. We offer a range of products that may cater to dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and allergen conscious options. Please check individual product descriptions for details.
We do not currently offer bespoke cake customisation. However, we offer a curated range of celebration cakes for different occasions.
Yes, some product may contain allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. Full allergen information is available on each product page.

Payment & Policies

We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via our secure checkout system.
Yes. Full payment is required at the time of order to confirm production.
All order are confirmed upon payment. Refund eligibility depends on cancellation notice periods and product type.
