When Moulin Rouge! The Musical’s Sydney season came in full swing to Sydney, our team created a limited-edition pastry production, taking the classic croissant for a spin by adding a love triangle of infatuating flavours.
Irresistible berry jam and vanilla crème diplomate meet in secret beneath the croissant’s flaky, buttery pastry. While outside, rich dark chocolate looms over the concealed love (af)fare.
To finish, we recreated the iconic windmill out of strawberry, raspberry, and passionfruit chocolate.It was love at first bite.
