At the heart of the campaign is a curated collection of three handcrafted mooncakes, each offering a distinct interpretation of Mid-Autumn flavours.
The Golden Custard with Salted Egg Yolk is a timeless favourite, featuring a tender, golden cookie-like shell filled with a rich salted egg yolk custard. Creamy, buttery and delicately savoury, the filling delivers the nostalgic richness of traditional salted egg yolk mooncakes with a refined patisserie finish.
The Red Bean & Matcha offers a modern take on a classic combination. A soft matcha-infused bean shell surrounds a smooth filling of green tea and red bean paste, balancing the gentle bitterness and earthy aroma of matcha with the mellow sweetness of red bean.
For something lighter and more contemporary, Strawberry & Rose pairs a delicate rose-infused bean shell with a smooth strawberry and rose filling. Bright fruity notes meet subtle floral aromas, creating an elegant mooncake that is fragrant, fresh and distinctly modern.
