Slow-cooked overnight in red wine, the lamb shoulder is hand-pulled and infused with garlic and onion, creating a thick, flavourful sauce with deep, rounded richness. Roasted vegetables and fresh herbs are folded through, adding warmth, aroma, and balance to the filling.

Encased in flaky, buttery puff pastry, the pie delivers a satisfying contrast of crisp pastry and slow-braised lamb. Served with a side of tomato sauce, it is a hearty, comforting savoury designed to be both generous and full of flavour.

- Remove product from box and place on a baking tray
- Heat for 12–15 minutes
- Ensure the internal temperature reaches 70°C before serving

Air Fryer Heating
- Remove product from the box
- Microwave on a plate for 1 minute (1100W)
- Transfer to air fryer and heat at 180°C for 5 minutes (1800W)
- Ensure the internal temperature reaches 70°C before serving

Storage
- If not eating immediately, store in the refrigerator
