Truffled Portobello mushrooms are combined with fresh parsley and creamy truffle-infused Brie, then baked in a buttery, golden pastry shell until perfectly set. The result is a rich, comforting filling with layers of umami depth and herbaceous freshness. 

Finished with a delicate grating of fresh truffle, this quiche offers an indulgent balance of flavour and texture. Elegant yet comforting, it’s perfect served warm or at room temperature for lunches, catering, or special gatherings.

Care Instructions

Oven Heating
- Preheat oven to 170°C
- Remove product from box and place on a baking tray
- Heat for 12–15 minutes
- Ensure the internal temperature reaches 70°C before serving

Air Fryer Heating
- Remove product from the box
- Microwave on a plate for 1 minute (1100W)
- Transfer to air fryer and heat at 180°C for 5 minutes (1800W)
- Ensure the internal temperature reaches 70°C before serving

Storage
- If not eating immediately, store in the refrigerator
