A mix of capsicum, potato, carrot, beans, cauliflower, onion, chickpeas, and tomato is gently simmered in fragrant curry spices, creating a rich and aromatic filling. Each element brings its own texture and depth, resulting in a balanced and flavourful vegetable curry.

Encased in Black Star Pastry’s signature flaky, buttery pastry, the pastie bakes to a golden finish with a crisp exterior and a soft, spiced centre. A comforting savoury option, perfect for a quick meal or satisfying snack.

Care Instructions

Oven Heating
- Preheat oven to 170°C
- Remove product from box and place on a baking tray
- Heat for 12–15 minutes
- Ensure the internal temperature reaches 70°C before serving

Air Fryer Heating
- Remove product from the box
- Microwave on a plate for 1 minute (1100W)
- Transfer to air fryer and heat at 180°C for 5 minutes (1800W)
- Ensure the internal temperature reaches 70°C before serving

Storage
- If not eating immediately, store in the refrigerator
